This year's registration includes access to Carb Day, group dinner at Tony's of Indianapolis on Friday night, access to the IPL Indy 500 Festival Parade on Saturday, post-parade snack at Harry & Izzy's, The HandleBar Group Tour, group dinner at Punch Bowl Social on Saturday night, and access to the 107th Running of the Indy 500 on Sunday. We will reserve a hotel room for you, based on your registration preferences, at the Hampton Inn (limited availability).

Please register by April 21st - but the sooner the better, to reserve your spots for the weekend!

Hotel Rooms & Reservations

Hampton Inn

Allied Solutions has reserved a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn over the nights of Friday, 5/26, Saturday, 5/27 and Sunday, 5/28. The Hampton Inn is located downtown and is close to all of the evening activities and dinners. We will reserve your room according to your registered hotel arrival and departure dates. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to supply a credit card for any incidentals.

 

 

 

107th Running of the Indianapolis 500
We would like to invite you to join us for three days of fun and networking over Race Weekend (May 26, 27, 28). We have a limited number of tickets for the race and hotels rooms at the Hampton Inn so be sure to register today to lock in your spot.

Carb Day
Carb Day, the last day of practice for the drivers, kicks off the Indy 500 weekend on Friday. Join us for this year's Carb Day concerts, including the headliner Bryan Adams!
